Overview

This policy explains how Nexa Media processes information when an account owner uses our private tools to connect an authorized social-media account. Nexa Media is not offered as a public account service.

Information we process

For a TikTok connection, we may process the TikTok username, TikTok account identifier, granted permission scopes, access token, refresh token, token expiration times, and connection verification time. We also receive limited technical data needed to complete and secure the authorization request.

Purpose of processing

We use this information only to authenticate an account selected by its owner, verify that the expected account was connected, maintain that authorized connection, show a safe connection status, and support publishing features the owner deliberately enables.

Storage and security

Connection credentials are stored on restricted systems outside public web assets. We use access controls, encrypted transport, one-time authorization state, and secret-redaction practices designed to prevent unauthorized disclosure. No method of storage is entirely risk-free.

Retention

We retain connection data while the integration remains authorized and for only as long as needed to operate, secure, or document the service. Revoked or obsolete credentials are deleted or rendered unusable, subject to limited security and legal recordkeeping needs.

Sharing and sale

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with the connected platform, infrastructure providers acting on our instructions, or authorities when legally required. Providers receive only what is reasonably necessary to perform their role.

Your choices and deletion

The account owner may revoke Nexa Media in TikTok settings or request access, correction, disconnection, or deletion by emailing nexa.owner.ai@gmail.com. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.

Policy changes

We may update this policy when our service or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
