Terms of Service

Service scope

Nexa Media develops and operates private creative workflows for original short-form media, account connection, content preparation, and authorized publishing. Features may be changed, paused, or withdrawn as the service and platform requirements evolve.

Owner authorization

You may connect or manage only an account you own or are expressly authorized to operate. You are responsible for the accuracy of permissions you grant and for revoking access when that authorization ends.

AI-assisted and virtual media

The service may create or process AI-assisted content and virtual media. Such content must be reviewed by a responsible person and disclosed when required by applicable law or platform policy. Nexa Media does not promise that generated material is error-free or suitable without review.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service to impersonate a real person without permission, deceive users about material facts, infringe rights, evade platform safeguards, distribute illegal or harmful material, obtain unauthorized access, or publish content that violates a connected platform's rules.

Intellectual property

Nexa Media retains rights in its software, brand, systems, and original materials. You retain rights you lawfully hold in content you provide. You grant the limited permissions necessary to process that content for the authorized service.

Third-party platforms

TikTok and other platforms operate under their own terms and policies. Their availability, review decisions, permissions, and technical behavior are outside Nexa Media's control.

Disclaimer and limitation

The service is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, platform approval, audience growth, or commercial results. To the extent permitted by law, Nexa Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for security risk, lost authorization, policy violations, platform requirements, or discontinuation of the service. Connected platform access may be revoked at any time by the account owner.

Changes

We may revise these terms to reflect changes in the service, law, or platform rules. Continued authorized use after an update means the revised terms apply from their stated effective date.
